Code of Conduct

Inappropriate behaviors include but not limited to:

• There is a zero-tolerance policy against any form of harassment, ensuring a safe and respectful environment for everyone. Harassment of any kind, whether verbal, physical, or virtual, is not tolerated under any circumstances.
• Misrepresentation of age and/or status within the organization will not be tolerated
• No sexual harassment, inappropriate advances, or any form of physical contact without clear and explicit consent will be tolerated under any circumstances.
• Physical and verbal abuse of any kind is strictly prohibited and will not be tolerated under any circumstances. We expect all individuals to treat one another with respect, dignity, and kindness at all times. Everyone deserves to feel safe and valued in their environment, free from harm or intimidation.
  • Whether it involves actions, words, or gestures, any form of abusive behavior undermines the principles of trust and mutual respect. Such actions can have lasting negative effects on individuals and the community as a whole. It is essential to foster a culture where people feel supported, heard, and protected from any form of mistreatment.
• Engaging in the display or use of iconography, language, or symbols associated with oppression, as well as any form of vulgar, offensive, or inappropriate expressions, including harassment or intimidation directed at individuals or groups, is strictly prohibited.
  • Such actions, whether deliberate or inadvertent, contribute to the perpetuation of harm, discrimination, or discomfort and are entirely unacceptable in any setting. It is essential to foster a respectful, inclusive, and safe environment where everyone feels valued and free from hostility or prejudice.
